The Voyager Flibex is the complete transfer chair: a single device that assists a passenger with access barriers to embark and disembark an aircraft, boat, or train, transfer into and out of their seat, and move up and down stairs. Its compact, foldable frame deploys through narrow aisles and stows in tight cabin storage.
It is designed and manufactured in the UK by Paraid, and is compatible with wide-body aircraft including the Airbus A380 and Boeing 777. Outpost supplies the Voyager range to US airline stations, ground handlers, and airport authorities.
A telescopic dual-grip handle and foldable armrests let the team position the passenger for a sideways transfer into or out of the seat. For the aisle and jet-bridge, dual-castor wheels and an integrated footplate keep the move controlled; on stairs, two to four operators use the front grab handles and adjustable brake to ascend or descend safely.
