Voyager Air+Chair
The lightweight aisle chair for onboard transfers.
The Voyager Air+Chair is a lightweight aisle chair for transferring a passenger once they are onboard an aircraft, boat, or train. An integrated transfer board bridges the gap between the chair and the aircraft seat, so a single operator can complete the move safely and with dignity.
It is designed and manufactured in the UK by Paraid from high-strength tubular aluminium. Outpost supplies the Voyager range to US airline stations, ground handlers, and airport authorities.
Push/pull handles maneuver the chair down the aisle; at the seat row, the integrated transfer board (side arm) folds out to bridge the chair and the seat for a lateral transfer, and the foldable backrest supports backward transfers. Rear braking castor wheels with a directional lock hold the chair steady through the move.
